Email updates

Newsletter signup is optional. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or are a parent or guardian using your own email, and you consent to receive occasional Cole Decker book announcements, free-sample updates, and series news. Promotional messages will include an unsubscribe method. See the Privacy Policy for collection and deletion details.

Adult purchaser

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to make a purchase. Books and samples may be read by younger readers with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Products and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Stripe processes payment. Taxes may be calculated during checkout where required. An order is complete only after payment is confirmed.

Digital delivery

Paid products are delivered as ZIP archives containing EPUB files. The purchaser is responsible for using a compatible device or reading application and for keeping a backup after download. Fresh links can be requested through download recovery while the order remains eligible.

License and refunds

Every purchase is subject to the Digital Book License and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not probe or disrupt the site, automate abusive checkout or recovery requests, bypass access controls, share private download links, or use the site in violation of law.

Availability and errors

We may correct pricing, description, or technical errors and may pause sales when delivery cannot be completed reliably. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the remedy will be replacement delivery or a refund.

Disclaimer and liability

The site and digital products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
