Because these are immediately delivered digital files, completed and successfully delivered purchases are generally final. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

When we will help

Email support@coledeckerauthor.com within 14 days if you were charged twice, received the wrong bundle, cannot open the delivered ZIP or EPUB after reasonable troubleshooting, or believe the product materially differs from its store description. Include the purchase email and a brief description of the problem.

Before requesting a refund

Use the free sample chapters to evaluate the writing and formatting before buying. For delivery problems, we may first provide a fresh link, replacement file, or setup help.

Refund effect

If a refund or payment reversal is issued, the download entitlement is revoked and the license to keep using the files ends.
